Quality and Environmental Policy
Surrey Chauffeur UK Ltd Limited is an established business offering and providing a private hire chauffeur service to a broad range of customers.
Our objective is to provide high quality services for our customers. We aim to meet the long-term aspirations of our shareholders, customers and employees by being recognized as an exemplary provider in our field. The framework for specific objectives is contained within such documents as the business plan, environmental and Health & Safety strategies, documented procedures, improvement action plans and in our environmental aims and objectives documents. Whilst ‘live’ action plans will be reviewed on a ongoing basis, formall reviews of processes, improvements and legislative changes will take place at least annually.
Our business is committed to maintaining accredited certification to the internationally recognised Quality Standard, ISO 9001:2008 and, aware that our customers always have a choice, to continually review and improve the effectiveness of our quality, environmental and Health & Safety processes. The purpose of this is to maintain exceptional quality delivery standards, prevent and mitigate environmental pollution and to promote safe working practices throughout the organisation. Our Integrated Management System is also designed to control all sub-processes in place to meet all legal and regulatory requirements together with the requirements of the ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management System Standards. We aim to continuously update our processes whilst complying with all legal and regulatory requirements appropriate to our business operations.
To consistently meet the ever-changing requirements of our valued customers is challenging in itself. To surpass their expectations requires the determination and co-operation of all of us within the business, along with our suppliers and nominated subcontractors. These are not only the primary but also the minimum acceptable management objectives.
As Managing Director of Surrey Chauffeur UK Ltd, I am personally taking responsibility for quality, environmental and Health & Safety management and have nominated Management Representatives to assist me in this regard. I am confident of the support of my colleagues in ensuring that our objectives are consistently met and improved upon.
This quality and environmental policy will be communicated to all Surrey Chauffeur UK Ltd staff members and made available to our clients, suppliers and any interested parties on request.
